Test Charges

If you are seeing the message “You can only make test charges right now” in your mobile app, it may indicate that your Stripe account has been disabled. In order to create charges, you must re-activate your account at https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/details. If you need further assistance, please contact support@stripe.com.

Card Tokens Required

If you are seeing the error message saying “Requests made on behalf of a connected account must use card tokens from Stripe.js” that prevents you from creating charges, here are the steps to fix the issue.

First, please make sure you are on the latest version of the Control mobile app. You can download the latest version from here https://www.getcontrol.co/mobile/.

Go to Platforms > disconnect your Stripe account by swiping it left and deleting it > reconnect your Stripe account.

Go to Settings > Account > delete your connected Stripe account > reconnect your Stripe account.

This should resolve the errors you are experiencing.
