Can I return the card reader?
Yes, you may return the unwanted product within 15 calendar days since the date you received the card reader. The product must be returned in new condition with all packaging and components. Your card reader cannot be refunded or returned if it has been configured and connected to your Stripe account.
A full refund will be issued ONLY IF the product has been returned AND found no damage. You must pay for the return postage of the goods.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us via email@example.com so that we can provide you with the return shipping address and an RMA code to include in the return shipment. The RMA code must be included in the shipment in order to be treated as an Authorized Return. Please also include a letter with relevant details in the shipment.
Can I get an exchange for the faulty product?
If the card reader you received from us is faulty, please inform us via email within 15 calendar days since the date you received the package. A refund or replacement will be arranged. We will walk you through the steps of how to return the product to us. The returned product will be fault-tested. If it is found to be in working condition, or if the failure is due to human error, you will be invoiced the cost of repair and replacement.
