Customers in different countries have varying demands based on location. The Control Web App’s new Heat Maps identify where your revenue and customers are coming from so that you can focus your product, marketing, and customer outreach accordingly.
Identify Customer Value by Country using Global Heat Maps
Get insight into the distributional value of your customers across the globe with our two new heat maps showing the proportion of customers by country and the revenue they bring.
Global Heat Map – Revenue
The Revenue Map shows you the revenue specific to each country for a select date period (Today, This Week, This Quarter, This Year, All Time, or Custom).
Hovering over a country will show you the number of Approved charges by Country as well as the percentage of overall Approved charges they represent. In the example above, 91% of all customers are from the US.
Users can drill down on a Country to view those specific charges within the Charges list.
Global Heat Map: Total Customers
The Customer Map shows all your customers over a period of time (Today, This Week, This Quarter, This Year, All Time, or Custom). Hovering over a country will show you the number of customers per Country as well as the percentage of overall customers they represent.
Additionally, you can drill down on a country to view those same customers within the Customers list.
With this information, you can cater to the specific needs and trends of global segments with the highest sales.
Average Order Value Average Value Indicator
Another update is the Average Order Value (AOV) Indicator.
Increasing traffic to your online business is expensive and challenging, requiring significant investment in advertising and marketing.
AOV indicates the effectiveness of your overall marketing and pricing strategies, customer buying habits, and expected revenue earnings. Improving your AOV can be as simple as installing a plugin for your shopping cart.
Set a benchmark for your AOV with our new AOV average indicator. The dotted line on the Average Order Value graph shows the AOV average amount, which appears in the top right-hand corner of the graph.
